GradFest 2026

GradFest is a celebration of your accomplishments and serves as a one-stop opportunity for commencement information, cap and gown, graduate paraphernalia, and much more as you prepare for your commencement ceremony and life after college.

While at GradFest you will be able to:

  • Receive information about your graduation ceremony
  • Purchase your cap and gown
  • Take a photo with your cap and gown with three different East Bay background proofs to order your graduation portrait
  • Purchase graduation announcements, class rings, diploma frames and other graduation-related items
  • Learn about commencement parking information
  • ...And much more!

Dates

Hayward Campus

GradFest will be held on the following dates in the South University Union, Multipurpose Room:

  • Tuesday, March 24, 2025 - Between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 25, 2025 - Between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday, March 26, 2025 - Between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We strongly encourage you to stop in on one of the days listed above. GradFest will be your one-stop for all your graduation needs. If you are not able to attend GradFest, you will still be able to purchase regalia at the bookstore and get information about parking permits for your ceremony.
