²ÝÝ®ÉçÇø online to CSUEB. Request your Joint Services Transcript (JST) at and submit to Admissions as part of your application.

²ÝÝ®ÉçÇø for Federal VA Benefits
Visit → ²ÝÝ®ÉçÇø for educational benefits. Log in with ID.me, select your chapter, and receive your Certificate of Eligibility (COE).

Connect with VSS
Schedule meeting with VSS Benefits Coordinator. Bring your COE and discuss your academic plan, benefit level, and VA benefit details.

Enroll & Submit Certification Request
Enroll in courses via MyCSUEB. Then: Academic Records → Veterans Benefits → check courses → Submit. Submit at least 30 days before semester.

CalVet Waiver (if eligible)
See CalVet page. Send Authorization Code to StudentFinance@CSUEastBay.edu once received from your county office.
